09月12日讯 足协9月10日一次性发布60张禁足罚单，其中43人被终身禁足，昔日辽足队长杨善平赫然在列。

杨善平现年36岁，司职中卫，2021年挂靴。2017年，杨善平从辽足加盟天津权健，当时媒体的普遍报道其转会费超1亿人民币（德转给出的数据为410万欧）。
